I can't believe that I can't find anything useful about syncing my LG CU515 with contacts or with a calendar.  Apparently one can't use iSync because LG has a proprietary sync protocol, but I've even done a search of the user manual and there's nothing I can find on the topic.  I've looked over this forum, but there isn't much information here.  So is there any sort of reliable or halfway reasonable way to sync with a computer, either Windows or Mac?  I'm thinking about just returning this phone and getting a Razor again.  At least it doesn't use proprietary protocols.  And why would LG decide to use proprietary protocols and then not even bother to produce a software product that uses them?  It's a nice phone, but I think I made a mistake buying it.

I'm sorry you're not happy with this forum. However, this forum is still in it's infancy. It was just launched in January unlike many of the other forums such as Howard Forums and Phone Scoop that have been around for years. We are working very hard to establish a following and keep our information accurate.

As for the issue with your phone. When you purchased it did you ask if it was capable of syncing the contact list and calendar with your computer? If you did and you were told yes then whoever sold you the phone should own up to that incorrect information and help you find a workable solution. GSM phones are typically difficult to sync with PC's. Neither LG nor ATT have a syncing software application. You may be able to find a 3rd party application online but I don't know of any.

By the way, have you checked out the new Incite? It's being launched the last part of November. This phone would solve ALL your syncing issues!
