how do u get the sound to work for a downloaded video from a lg tritan cell phn?

I checked my Tritan ... What I found is that i do have Audio on my recorded videos, but it is incredibly soft, very low Volume... Are getting any volume at all?

Have you tried the Voice Recorder? Just to see if the Mic is working at all. Please give that a try and let me know.
