I notice that when I check my e-mail, facebook, etc...I need to re-enter my login and password most of the time. Is there a setting on the phone that will allow me to not have to log in all of the time? Thanks. |

If there isn't a check box on the login screen, try looking under the Options menu when you are logging in in to see if there is an option there to remember you password. I don't think there is any other place to look. |

Some sites will not save login info on the Tritan. If the site is capable of using a cookie for the storage of your authentication, it will save your username and password until you clear the history or the cookie becomes invalid (times out). |

There should be something on the website itself like a box to remember password or to keep me login, but ensure you have cookie enabled. |

I am having this same problem and was told by US Cellular customer service that they took this power away and we have to log in every time now because people were being logged in to other people's accounts on facebook and other sites too! It is so frustrating!!! They said there is no known resolution time and that is the way it is. |

Your Tritan is constantly rebooting?? No this isn't normal and should be looked into. If US Cellular isn't helping, I would call LG Support and have them walk you through troubleshooting it or replace the phone for you. (800) 793-8896 You no it just sound right that US Cellular would disable "Cookies" (Used to remember personal information like log in credentials) on the Tritan. Are there any sites like Yahoo or Gmail that remember your login info or is it only Facebook?? Yes Cookies can get you in trouble but it's an essential part of Web Surfing, I'd be frustrated as well. If other sites you use remember your login and Facebook doesn't then I would also say that is something wrong with your phone that needs to be looked at... Let me know what you find out. |

It isn't just the Tritan. It's all of them -- I have a Rhythm and my brother has a Wine and they both do it, too. Even other brands/models are doing it. I think it was AT&T who was having the issue first but US Cellular's started doing what was mentioned above. I've gone on Facebook and was logged into other people's accounts. Use the mobile browser though instead of easyedge and it should ask if you want to save the information... |

It's not ALL the phones, my husband and quite a few friends have Blackberrys with US Cellular and they never have to enter their info, just me with my Tritan that I am frustrated with! |

My Tritan wouldn't keep my facebook info either...but what you do is log into facebook and set a bookmark from your logged in page...use that bookmark instead of the dafault one and it keeps your info. |
