I too, registered just so I could post on this topic.
My phone takes pictures, calls people I know, people I don't know,etc.
I have to say it hasn't played any of my music, but I do get to hear a recorded voice
telling me "....if you want to make a call..."
The only time the key lock works is when I want to answer the phone and then I have to push ok, otherwise
it is locked for good.
I have trouble with this no matter where I store my phone--pocket or purse, or in a case.
Oh, if it's sitting flat on my computer desk it's ok. =(

Ugh, I too have registered just to reply to this thread...
I have a holster as well, and am always having problems with this. Random numbers dialed, backgrounds changing, music starts playing... etc...

Such a ridiculously simple fix to. Just make
Menu>Settings&Tools>Phone Settings>Security>Lock Phone Now
more accessible.

Perhaps you could allow everyone to choose that as the option for locking the phone instead of the obviously insufficient double-ok

It is incredible that this forum thread has been open so long when the fix is so simple.

Just counted, that's 22 clicks and 5? menus just to get the phone properly locked...
