Hi I just got the km900 for Christmas, new out of the box, but I have major problems. When I try to access the wifi or google buttons the phone turns off and restarts. Other than that the phone freezes and on top of that I can't connect the phone to my pc. Can some one please help me? Is the phone faulty?

The Easiest thing to start with is to pull the battery with the power on. Leave the battery out for about a minute, That will do a soft reset of the phone. Make sure your SIM Card is seated correctly and that there isn't any dirt or dust on it. Call LG Support and see if they can assist you (800) 793-8896
