What Carrier are you using the Script with? Do you have an MicroSD Card? Generally your personal ringtones are stored on your MicroSD card in a folder called something like "My Audios"... Or on Verizon phone "My Sounds." LG doesn't officially support BitPim, it was not written by LG, and I don't have any experience using BitPim with the Script. BitPim is very powerful and it's generally very useful, but can be intimidating. I would read the on-ling help before you get going and also check there web site at "www.bitpim.org" to see if they state support for the Script. |

You will need a Micro SD card in your phone. Do you have one? There a couple of different ways to copy music to your phone. The First method is to use the Micro SD Card as another Disk Drive. as follows (Page 85 of the User Guide) Hook the USB Cable up to your Computer and phone. Put the Phone in USB "Mass Storage Mode" Push MENU then # and then 6... Use the up / Down keys to select the setting. When the phone is USB Mode your Micro SD card will show up on your computer like any other removable device like a "USB Drive" or USB Hard Drive. Open up the Drive by double clicking on it and look at the folders on it. One of the Folders is called "Audios" Put your music in that folder and then, once it's copied, Dismount the drive and remove the phone from the computer. You should now have music on your phone. Or You can use Windows media player to "Sync" your music to your memory card after following the above instructions. |

I also have ntelos. I have a micro sd card installed...it tells me the ringer has to be saved to the phone memory...but I don't see how to do that. The music plays fine but I can't get any to save as a ringtone to the phone memory. Please help! Thanks! |

I just bought a LG Script and like to have all my ringtones from the old cell. Try to pass it via Bluetooth but nothing happens. Do I need to have the micro SD Card on my LG??? If yes, then for what is the phone memory???? Thanks |

The Internal Memory is mainly for the pre install applications and your photos and Video. You will need to have a MicroSD card to use your sounds. Pull your Micro SD card and look at the Folders on it. You should see one called, something like, "Audios" or "My_Audios" Place your sounds in that folder. |

You have to copy the ringtones from your "My_Audios" folder on your MicroSD card to the "My_Audios" folder in your phones memory. To do thei go to the menu then select "MultiMedia">>Next Select "My_Audios" from the menu and you will all of the audios on your phone AND MicroSD Card. The ones that are on your MicroSD card have a little "Card" Icon in the lower left corner. Highlight one of those and select "Options" and next "Move/Copy" then Copy (or Move) to Phone memory. Now that it's in your internal Phone memory, you'll be able to set that tone as a RingTone. |
