We cannot change the ringtone on our new VX5600. We go to the selection screen and select the one we want and select OK. But, when a call comes in all we get is a beep for the ring. Any suggestions?

I've seen this one other time and I don't know of a solution... Have you checked with your Dealer to see if they have a Software update for the Accolades. Let me know what you find!

from the screen press ok to access menu>select settings & tools>sound settings>call sounds>call ringtones>then select the desired ringtone then press OK. I think it would work, if it doesn't try downloading new ringtones and do the steps again.
