I am really sorry if this topic is misplaced but PLEASE help me with this matter. I live in Greece, am an owner of the KU990(not the i etc)the first version launched.
I got the phone on January 2008, sent it for repair some days later due to screen problems which were fixed by the service center BUT more problems followed some months later.
I was able to send my device again for service on December 2009 since I was for a hole year in the army.
Since December I have sent the phone to the repair center 5 times!!!
The main problem was that it suddenly turned off, rebooted etc and the problem had nothing to do with the software or the battery.
The 1st time on December they fixed some software issues and returned the device with new software problems!!! This was going on for 2 months! Always returning the device with additional problems! Remeber that my main problem was not solved till today when they changed the planket of the phone! After 3 months though I have stated 2 times that since I had warranty I would like to have an another device but they didn't even think of that and ALWAYS tried to avoid it and for bonus they do not give you a second device while your phone is being repaired!!!
To sum up, after 3 AWFUL months with NO PHONE, AWFUL service by LG Greece they still didn't replace my phone but changed the planket!
And here comes the best part: It still has software problems!!!
If anyone from LG is reading this, PLEASE do something to help me! I am so disappointed by the AWFUL service provided by LG Greece!!!
