Hello,

I am really sorry if this topic is misplaced but PLEASE help me with this matter. I live in Greece, am an owner of the KU990(not the i etc)the first version launched.
I got the phone on January 2008, sent it for repair some days later due to screen problems which were fixed by the service center BUT more problems followed some months later.
I was able to send my device again for service on December 2009 since I was for a hole year in the army.
Since December I have sent the phone to the repair center 5 times!!!
The main problem was that it suddenly turned off, rebooted etc and the problem had nothing to do with the software or the battery.
The 1st time on December they fixed some software issues and returned the device with new software problems!!! This was going on for 2 months! Always returning the device with additional problems! Remeber that my main problem was not solved till today when they changed the planket of the phone! After 3 months though I have stated 2 times that since I had warranty I would like to have an another device but they didn't even think of that and ALWAYS tried to avoid it and for bonus they do not give you a second device while your phone is being repaired!!!
To sum up, after 3 AWFUL months with NO PHONE, AWFUL service by LG Greece they still didn't replace my phone but changed the planket!
And here comes the best part: It still has software problems!!!

If anyone from LG is reading this, PLEASE do something to help me! I am so disappointed by the AWFUL service provided by LG Greece!!!

Unfortunately I won't be able to help either. This site mainly supports the US Market and only the phones sold through US Carriers. I have forwarded your concern to Customer Service and hopefully it will reach the international side of the Business...
My question is whether you were dealing with LG it's self or just an authorized service center? If is was a Service Centr, I would try LG Directly. If it was LG they should have helped you out with a different phone. Have you tried www.lge.com?

I dealed with LG Greece, through lge.com in the Greek region! I went DIRECTLY through LG but all they did was to waste my time...
I couldn't imagine that the service they offer is so AWFUL...
As I wrote previously they skipped my phone replacement requests(2x)!
They were just HOPING that the phone would be fixed and didn't even talk about any replacement, for 3 months I am without a phone can you imagine that? Additional problems the whole time. I am soooo disappointed with the LG service here in Greece!
I just hope that LG USA will see this awful situation and deal with this matter since all they do here in Greece is to deal with things the cheapest possible way! They don't care about the customers! At least in my case...
