Just got a Xenon and paired it with a Vtech Bluetooth enabled phone. Everything pairs/connects fine, even downloads the phonebook from the mobile to the handset in the house. The problem is when a call is made/received the Xenon disconnects from the Vtech phone and all the audio goes through the phone.
Same problem when I pair it with a Garmin Nuvi 360.
I have a Sony Ericsson W300i and it works perfectly on both the Vtech and Garmin.
Xenon Phone info
Model Name: GR500
Hardware version: 1.0
Software version: GR500-V10j-JUL-20-2009-ATT-US
DM Client version: Version2.5

I'm checking into whether or not there is a software update available that might help address this issue. I'll try to get an answer within a day or so.
How new is your Xenon?

I'm not aware of any Software updates available at this time... It sounds like a compatibility issue with the Xenon and your Bluetooth devices. If the Xenon isn't working out you might try exchanging it for another one. And if that doesn't work, as much as hate to suggest it, Maybe you'll need to try another phone...

Hi Mike,
This is a problem with BT headsets unfortunately. BT headsets have problems sometimes when multiple devices have been connected to it. This is probably why your previously paired Sony and Garmin are working fine with it and the LG is not. Many times the headset has a memory which can store a few devices, or some, none at all.
Few questions:
- I didnt see the model of the headset you are using. Can you tell us
- Do you know how to reset the headset? A quick google search like this: "xyz headset, hard reset" might lead you to that info.
- Have you tried to delete the pairing from the LG and try re-pairing it again?
