I just got this phone last week, and I'm still trying to figure it out.  My other phone was the original Motorola Razer, which I really liked but it wouldn't hold a charge even with a new battery.  I've been perusing these boards trying to find some answers but no luck yet.  So far, the phone's o.k.

I too purchased a Shine last week and also find that the battery will not last.  It went total dead this afternoon since being charged 4 days ago, I probably made a total of 5 minutes worth of calls during that period.  Will be taking it back and hoping they can cure this issue!

I bought an Incite, and for awhile it was a great phone. Lately, however I have been having serious service issues. It loses the 3G service, drops to EDGE, then drops service all together rather randomly. I am not sure if there is an issue with the antenna in this phone or if it is a software/firmware issue. If I cannot find a solution I will just dup the phone and buy something else as I have not been able to get any help from AT&T what so ever.

I don't like the Shine. Too small, mic/earphone don't line up well when talking. AT&T has created a web of applications that you will inevitably end up generating "Data Access" charges because you hit the wrong application. Just another way for the man to make a crooked buck or two. Experience frequent dead spots and call drops on their network. Don't know if it is the phone or AT&T, but you would think in the DFW area cellular reception should be pretty darn good.

Hands down, no phone in the US market beats the LG Arena! You want a big screen? It's got a big screen! You want 3D graphics and HD quality video? It's got them both! To bad this babe is not available through regular outlets. Have had mine for a month now and absolutely love it. Opera mini works great on this too!

considering the great customer service agents, that stand behind there products, give you 1/3 of the info you need, and cant get you off the phone fast enough, unless your buying a new phone. i would..and do recommend any LG phone.
