I can no longer view the Radar/Satellite or the Hour by Hour or even access the AccuWeather(Menu>About) on my Today screen weather option. I can update the Today(Menu>Update Now) and view the Forecast on the bottom two tabs but, can no longer even tap 'more' (in small letters). When I tap any of these, I get the message:The file 'Storage' cannot be opened.Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate,or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file. I haven't made any changes under(Menu>Settings) to the Weather location. I cannot restore or reinstall this feature since I do not know where it is located. I can view AccuWeather online for free so, did AT&T make this a trial program? I have been accessing this feature for over a month now via wi-fi. A soft reset will not cure it.

No the Weather isn't a trial version it should continue to work normally. It sounds like maybe there is a corrupted file that the weather App can't update. I hate to recommend this, but possibly a "Hard Reset" will help. A Hard Reset will erase all of your data on your Incite so you need to have your phone backed up. I personally use "Sprite Backup" and back up my phone to my MicroSD and then copy that backup file to my PC for safe keeping. If you decide to try this, Just Be careful not to loose your data.

To perform a hard reset
• A Hard Reset should only be performed after all other trouble shooting options have been exhausted.
After a hard reset, the device is restored to its default settings - the way it was when you first
purchased it and turned it on. Any programs you installed, data you entered, and settings you
customized on your device will be lost.
1. Power the device ON
2. Tap Start > Settings > System tab > Clear Storage.
3. Enter 1234 for the password twice.
4. Press Enter.
5. Select what to reset.
You have to enter your password and confirm again for hard reset. However when you forget your
password, the only way to hard reset the device is via the hard key sequence.
1. Power the device OFF.
2. Press and hold the following 3 hard keys in sequence.
(Down Volume Key) + (Camera key) + (Hangup Power Key) ... (Refer to page 25 of your manual)
Keep pressing keys until your LCD screen turns on.
Align screen will appear if you success hard key reset

I installed skyfire web browser on my phone only because i cannot view certain websites on internet explorer because it says i need java script. if it's not one problem it's another. both my parents have the same phone and they don't have ant of the problems i have. i don't use skyfire as my default browser, so could this be why i am having this problem? I DON"T REALLY CARE ABOUT THE WEATHER PROGRAM AS I HAVE DOWNLOADED WEATHERBUG> PLEASE FORGIVE THE CAPS MY CAPLOCK IS STUCK> AS I MEANTIONED BEFORE IF IT"S NOT ONE THING IT"S ANOTHER> LOL!

How long have you had the Incite? If you've had it for a while, there is an update file on the LG Site
"http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/mobile-support/mobile-lg-mobile-phone-support.jsp"
You might try updating to that to see if it helps with your Browser issues.
