good luck with that phone call to LG customer support! i would try all other places first, where you purchased it,your carrier ,your last resort should be LG support.they will say you may have pushed the key pad to hard or something so wont have to repair it. but if you do have to call be stern about it. i wasn't, and i was out $200 . if you have to take it back to the place where you purchased it,it would not hurt to ask about exchanging it for a different brand. also get the names of everyone you talk to, you may need it it the long run. oh by the way welcome to lg products. |
