LG Ranks Highest in Every Major Factor for Customer Satisfaction and Ranks Significantly Above the Industry Average in Overall Satisfaction

LG Mobile Phones is once again ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Wireless Mobile Phones” by J.D. Power and Associates. In their biannual J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Wireless Traditional Mobile Phone Satisfaction Study top overall satisfaction score among the traditional mobile phone manufacturers.

The study, conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, measured customer satisfaction with traditionalwireless handsets across several different factors including operation, physical design, features and battery function. LG excelled in all factors, ranking highest overall among competitors in every category and ranked significantly above the industry average in overall satisfaction. The company received highest recognition among consumers for operation, features,
physical design, and battery function.
